Our clients are an Insurance industry leader who are looking to take on bright and bubbly individuals within their Actuarial Valuations team. This role is challenging and will keep you on toes while developing your analytical and investigative skills.
Of course, a tertiary education in Actuarial Studies (or similar discipline) is compulsory but our clients also value the demonstration of a strong work-life balance. Please include a summary of your extra-curricular activities within your application.
Tertiary education in maths, finance, statistics, actuarial science or related field
At least Part I exams completed through the Institute of Actuaries
Ability to think critically and work with large volumes of data
Strives in a fast-paced and driven work environment
Effective communication and presentation skills
Analyse financial and business information to draw out relevant insights
Proactively identify, evaluate and control valuation process risks
Assist senior valuation actuaries with reporting standards
Assist in development and maintenance of valuation systems
