This is a new role created within the Corporate Insurance Actuarial Team. I am currently looking for a talented actuary to join this growing team to support the General Insurance portfolio.


Key responsibilities:

  • Managing premium liability valuations for the general insurance portfolio
  • Regular capital monitoring and stress testing
  • Producing or providing input to regular financial reporting, including statutory reporting such as the Insurance Liabilities Valuation Report and the Financial Condition Report
  • Conducting investigations to further understand the drivers of portfolio performance and emerging experience


Experience required:


  • At least 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry
  • Preferably FIAA qualified or close to qualifying
  • Proactively build relationships to develop robust working alliances;
  • Excellent communication skills
