About the Role
Fixed term contract
Perform model reviews of Prophet and Excel models and determine whether they need modification to comply with AASB 17
Deploy approved AASB 17 valuation models into production
Collaborate with AASB 17 Project Actuaries, BAU actuaries and work under guidance from the Lead Actuary
Ensure that AASB 17 valuation models are approved by relevant stakeholders
About You
Nearly or newly qualified actuary
Strong experience in Excel, Prophet or a similar software (VBA and SQL skills desirable)
Around 3 years experience in the insurance industry (Australian experience preferred)
Great attention to detail and capability to document
