About The Role

  • Manage client projects including oversight on quality as well as supervise the junior team members
  • Interpret and analyse complex technical data, with internal and external stakeholders, for those projects to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Contribute to research and development of new products and participate in proposals to potential clients
  • Forge valuable internal and external relationships to build a reputable market presence for yourself

About You

  • FIAA ( or equivalent) with 5 - 7 years’ experience most likely in a consultancy environment but corporate insurance background is also appropriate.
  • Prior exposure to workers compensation and health insurance will be viewed positively
  • Good knowledge of predictive modelling and programs such as SAS, R and Python for the use of complex technical analysis
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask several projects under tight time pressures
