Our client is a leading Australian Consultancy very highly regarded in both the superannuation and life insurance space. The business has an impressive record of providing top level consulting and advice to their clients and being at the forefront of industry change.
In this role, you will provide insight through analysis and working directly with clients. The nature of the work includes a range of technical and actuarial services as well as services such as service provider reviews/tenders, product design and benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities;
Identify opportunities for business growth
Manage client projects
Apply your technical expertise to actuarial, project management, advice models, retirement solutions, investment services or platforms
Analyse data, identify and communicate key insights
Oversee work and calculations conducted by Analysts
Prepare reports and present results to clients and colleagues
Keep up to date with market trends and legislation and contribute to business thought leadership
Lead and mentor team members
Candidate Requirements;
FIAA or international equivalent
Detailed knowledge of superannuation and an understanding of market trends / developments
Business development and client relationship capabilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to assist clients through innovation and thought leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to set a project budget and manage to that budget
Strong people management skills and a team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
