New opportunity for an individual who is technically strong in commercial insurance to lead a team within a regulated environment.
A key requirement is that you will have experience managing a small team and understand the importance of managing workflow, and encouraging your team to meet the high standards expected of your internal clients.
You will have 5-10 or more years in a corporate or consulting environment with a strong technical grounding in general insurance pricing principles with a good understanding or underwriting practices preferably including the statutory classes.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and working on key projects as part of your experience to date.
A key component of this role is a commitment to quality communication with your internal and external stakeholders.
By nature you should also be able to demonstrate a proven understanding of meeting and managing customer expectations.
